Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we encourage you to reach out to us.  Taste is subjective therefor we can not accept returns on opened bottles based on not liking the flavor.  Please make sure to inspect your item fully upon arrival.  We offer 100% refunds or exchanges on manufacture defects (e.g. broken bottle, faulty lid, etc.)  We do not refund or exchange on any claims or lack thereof from cannabidiol. To initiate a refund or exchange, contact must have been made to us within 21 days of delivery.   No returns allowed on ANY opened/used items without management approval. Refunds take 3-5 business days to go back onto your card once processed.
